BREATHING FOR OTHERS

All profit will be donated. This event is not a political discussion forum. We gather in the heart of basic human rights to breathe and exist in peace, regardless of belief or heritage.
🌎 Charity Breath #1
All profit goes to medico international with it’s emergency fund on Israel / Palästina supporting their partner organisations: the Palestinian Medical Relief Society, the Culture & Free Thought Association in the south of Gaza and Physicians for Human Rights – Israel.
Founded in 1968 in Frankfurt am Main, medico international works in solidarity with partner organisations for a just world. In 1997, medico was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize as co-initiator of the campaign to ban landmines. medico is politically independent and non-denominational.

🕝 Schedule
18:40 – 19:00 Arrival – doors close on time
19:00 – 19:30 Opening Circle & Introduction
19:45 – 21:00 Breathwork Journey with special music set
21:00- 21:30 Closing circle with snacks and sharing
For this charity event we ask you to bring a little snack for our closing circle.
💼 Your prepartion:
Try not to eat two hours prior to the journey. You want to be as light in your stomach as possible. Get into comfy, nonrestrective clothing. Bring water.
