Death: In our modern world death has been pushed to the far outskits of our daily lives. Why? Not only is the physical death the one certainty we all share, so is the dying of each moment one of the deepest realities we can experience every day – with each moment containing a fresh,new seed of birthing.

🌬️ What is 4D BREATH?

The 4 D’s represent the dimensions in which this journey can be experienced:

body • e-motion • mind • spirit

❔ Just breathe?

Yes. And only that!

Connective breathwork is a non-dogmatic style which allows you to discover breathwork more individually. Through focused, deep, conscious breathing expanded states are created – the self induced trance allows the energy field to grow: life is able to surface with it’s deeper layers. We too often call these states “altered”. In reality, most of our perception of reality is extremely altered by our little “thinking machine” – through breathwork, you travel further into the ground of being – in that sense, we can consider these states the most unaltered states – primordial layers of your existence.

On the other hand, breath reminds us of the mystery that we as human beings forever are being breathed.

💼 Your prepartion:

Try to avoid eating two hours prior to the journey.Bring your own water. Get in comfy clothing. Bring a snack to share if you like.

🗣️ Language:

The session will be adapted to english / german speaking participants. There is little to no talking in the journey itself.
